De Havilland Dash-8 Q200

Air Greenland's Dash-8 Q200 is a short-haul aircraft traveling between the small airports of Greenland. We use the Dash-8 Q400 on all flights that are operated by the Dash-8 Q200. Air Greenland currently have seven of this aircraft in their fleet.

AT76-600

This regional plane services all of SASV's shorter, European routes. The AT76 is also the only turboprop aircraft that SAS operates.
We operate the Q400 in a generic livery to use on our ATR routes. |
Bombardier Dash-8 Q200/300/Q400

Bombardier Dash-8 Q400 is a common aircraft to see at regional airports in Norway. This smaller aircraft can arrive and depart smaller airports with shorter runways. Connecting smaller cities and countrysides, The Dash-8 Q400 is a unique aircraft in the northern parts of Norway.

Bombardier CRJ 900LR

The third member of our regional fleet, the CRJ900 series operate our shorter European routes along with the Q400. This aircraft offers style and speed, with the same service ceiling and cruising speed as our larger jets. SAS Virtual currently operates the CRJ-900 and CRJ-1000 variants of this aircraft.

Boeing 717-200

Boeing 717-200 is operated by Blue1, which is one of our medium-haul aircrafts. Reaching 3,800 kilometers, this aircraft operates most from airports in Finland, to other destinations in Europe.

Embraer E190-E2

Widerøe's new addition, The Embraer E190-E2 is the largest investment Widerøe has done so far having ability to fly longer flights. E190-E2 is a stunning and comfortable aircraft reaching operating speed up to 890 kilometers per hour.

Airbus A319/ A320/ A321

Another one of the hallmarks of SAS Virtual's ever-growing fleet, the Airbus A320 family makes up 38 members of our fleet. Operating on both short and medium haul flights, the aircraft will be one of our main planes moving forward, with more orders on the way! Currently, SAS Virtual operates the A319, A320, and A321 variants.

Boeing 737-700/800

The Boeing 737 is one of the main aircraft in the SAS' fleet, flying anywhere from short distance routes in Europe to longer flights around the world! The best selling commercial jetliner in history, the Boeing 737 offers the perfect flying experience, with a smooth flight and long range. We currently operate a 29-strong fleet of 737s.

Airbus A330

The Airbus A330-300, Airbus A350-900 and Airbus A321 are the only planes operating SAS' Virtual's international routes, the Airbus A330-300 boasts an all-new cabin, and, with an impressive long range, this aircraft is a great alternative to the larger A359s and 747s in our fleet.

Airbus A350-900

The Airbus A350-900 has recently been phased in for SAS' international routes. The aircraft is a more fuel-efficient and greener aircraft giving Airbus also a greener future to look for. We are honored to fly this jet and represent SAS' the best way we possible can. This is also our only aircraft using SAS' new livery colours.

Airbus A330-200

Air Greenland have currently one Airbus A330-200 aircraft in their fleet. The aircraft is used on longer flights, as well as carrying cargo. Airbus A320-200 is a little shorter than our SAS Airbus A330-300 aircrafts.

Boeing 747-200
|
The mighty Boeing 747-200 "Jumbo Jet" is one of aviation's greatest achievements. While the real SAS phased out their fleet of 747-200s in the late 1980's, we pay homage to the the 747 by operating our 6 aircraft fleet on our international routes.

McDonnell Douglas DC-10-10/DC-10-30

One of SAS' most iconic aircrafts, the DC10 was in service for SAS for nearly twenty years. The aircraft was phased out in 1994, as a larger amount of Boeing and Airbus aircrafts were delivered to SAS. One of the SAS incidents happened during a take-off from John F. Kennedy Airport in New York. A DC10 overran the runway due to pilots' failure to follow the proper procedures for monitoring and controlling airspeed. There were no fatalities.
